COMMUNITY VOICES

“22% of the people who walk through our doors have full time jobs but cannot find access to affordable housing.”

Alan Evans CEO, Helping Hands

Everyone deserves to live at the beach

A considerate balance of single occupancy and multiple occupancy units provide for homes with an emphasis on livability and quality.

THE STRUCTURE: EXTERIOR

The exterior is clad in cedar shingles. The clean lines and simple form have a modern feel without straying from the seaside purity of historic Pacific City.

THE STRUCTURE: ENVIRONMENT

The Kingfisher Apartments have been designed for integrity and compatibility with the environment.

Though we’ve embraced a time-honored look and feel aesthetically these apartments function with modern efficiency. Furthermore, we’ve made it a priority to site the building with the least possible impact to the river and riparian areas. In collaboration with the Nestucca Neskowin Watershed Council, we intend to enhance the native landscape along the riverside with an emphasis on creating habitat for all our local residents.
